Standards first. Always have, always will.

KAMFIT started in 2015 with one belief: results come from small things done well, day after day, workout after workout. Since then Kam has coached hundreds of people across Berkshire and beyond through fat loss, strength, sports performance and recovery from the injuries that quietly hold people back. Several have gone on to become professional athletes.

This was never a numbers business. Fewer clients means every single one gets everything. That is why the books fill up, and why people wait. Train with KAMFIT and you get a coach who knows your name, your history, your goals and your quiet excuses. Especially those.

Most people arrive here the same way.

Functioning. Capable. Held together. But somewhere underneath the routine, there's a restlessness they haven't been able to name. The body is holding something the mind won't say out loud yet.

Kam has been reading that in people since he was a kid. He just didn't have a name for it then.

He came to fitness through necessity, not ambition. As a young man, the gym and the martial arts mat were the only places the noise stopped. Movement was how he found the ground beneath him. That didn't just shape how he trains. It shaped everything about how he works with people.

Over a decade of working with individuals, groups and teams, Kam is a qualified personal trainer, life coach and massage therapist. Not because he collected certifications, but because the people he works with don't arrive with one problem. They arrive whole. Complicated. Carrying more than they've admitted. And they need someone who can meet all of it without flinching.

No scripts. No programmes built for someone else. No performance required.

Just honest, grounded work at the intersection of body, mind and identity for long enough to matter.

KAMFIT isn't where you go to get fit. It's where you come back to yourself.

Personal Training

Every session starts with what is actually present in you, not a template built for someone else. Movement analysis, muscle testing, injury history, your goals as they actually are right now. Strength, fat loss, performance, confidence. Kam builds from where you are and adjusts as you evolve. Spots are limited by design. Enquire below.

Sports Massage & Therapy

Your body has been keeping score. The tightness you ignore, the ache that shows up every time you push, the movement you have learned to work around. It does not have to stay that way. Trigger point, gua sha, ultrasound and holistic bodywork tailored to what your body actually needs, not a generic protocol.

Nutrition

Nutrition is fuel. Not punishment, not a temporary fix. Fuel. Before anything changes on the outside, something has to shift in how you think about food.

Kam holds advanced nutrition qualifications and understood the gut-brain connection long before it became a trend. He learned directly from a teacher whose peer-reviewed research mapped how what we eat shapes brain chemistry and behaviour.

His principle is simple. JERF. Just Eat Real Food. If it came from the earth, eat it. If it was made in a factory, question it.

Padfit

Thirty minutes. One pad holder. Everything you have got. Padfit combines HIIT training with boxing in a session built to burn, challenge and sharpen you, physically and mentally. Calories, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and confidence. All of it, in half an hour. One-to-one, so every session is built around you.
