Who we are
KAMFIT (“we”, “us”) provides personal training and sports massage services across Berkshire and beyond. We are the data controller for the information you submit through this website.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: first name, email, your main goal and biggest challenge.
- Intake form (optional): age, height, weight, training goals, injuries, medication and dietary details.
- Nutrition guide form: first name and email so we can send you the guide and the occasional tip.
- Essential cookies: a small cookie that remembers your consent choice. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To assess your application for coaching, to deliver the nutrition guide you requested, and to contact you about training. We never sell your data and we never share it outside of KAMFIT without your permission.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and intake submissions are kept for as long as you remain a prospective or active client, plus a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
